Skin that looks like nothing happened.

Injectables, clinical facials, laser, and IV therapy by a board-certified nurse practitioner. One practitioner, hour-long appointments, conservative dosing. Subtle is the standard.

Most questions get answered by text within the hour, Tuesday through Saturday.

The approach

Less product, better placement, honest advice.

Good aesthetic work is mostly restraint. We start under-corrected, review at two weeks, and add only if your face asks for it. Nobody should clock your appointment. They should ask if you slept well.

Every visit is with the same practitioner, in a private studio, with a full hour on the books. No rotating injectors, no upsell scripts, no treatment you don’t need. If the answer is no, you’ll hear it here first.

Results

The work stays off the internet.

We photograph every case, and we keep those photos in the clinic. Client faces are not marketing material.

Ask in consultation and we’ll walk you through case files that match your skin, your age, and your goal.

What you see above is the register we work in. Even tone, intact texture, movement where movement belongs.

The practitioner

Mara Ellison treats every face herself.

MSN, APRN-BC · Founder and lead injector

Mara is a board-certified nurse practitioner who spent nine years in Miami dermatology before opening Vellum. She has held the needle for every injectable appointment this clinic has ever booked, and she intends to keep it that way.

Her rule for new patients is simple. If a treatment won’t read as your face on your best week, she won’t do it.

Questions

Asked in every consult.

I’m new to injectables. Will I look done?

Not here. First visits are dosed under, on purpose, then reviewed at two weeks. The goal is your face with less tension in it, not a different face. Most first-timers start with 20 to 30 units of tox and wonder why they waited.

How long do results last?

Tox holds three to four months for most people. Filler runs nine months to two years depending on product and placement. Skin treatments build over a series, which is why we price them that way.

Is there downtime?

Injectables can leave pinpoint marks for a day and the occasional bruise for a week. Laser and peels run a few days of redness or flaking. If you have an event, book at least two weeks out and tell us the date.

What does a first visit cost?

The consultation fee is credited in full toward your first treatment, so meeting us costs nothing if you move forward. Treatment pricing is on the menu above and confirmed in writing before we start.
